CANCELLATION POLICY

Le Petit Salon is a small business. We use Gloss to provide clients with text and email reminders 72 & 24 hrs prior to the appointment. Every time a client cancels without enough notice, I lose the opportunity to offer the time to another client. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations with 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

 

LATE POLICY

Please arrive on time to your appointment in order receive your full service. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past the start time of your appointment you will not be guaranteed all services scheduled.

 

NO SHOW POLICY

​

If you do not show for an appointment, I require 100% of that appointment to be paid in full before rebooking.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, and Venmo

 

PARKING

 

There is a parking lot in the building as well as some metered street. Parking at the Ballston mall is  free and a 5-8 mins walk.
